  • How far in advance should I book my event?

    We recommend booking as soon as your date is secured, especially for weekend events during peak seasons (May-October). We can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests, but a minimum of 4–6 weeks is ideal to ensure we can secure your date and finalize all custom details.

  • What are the space and power requirements for the mobile bar?

    We are highly flexible!

    Space: We require a minimum of 6x6 feet (or roughly 2x2 meters) of level ground for our cart and service area.

    Power: We need access to two separate, dedicated 15-amp circuits to run our espresso machine and grinders. We can run off a generator for outdoor events, which we can provide upon request.

  • How long does setup and tear-down take?

    We arrive approximately 60–90 minutes before the service start time for a full setup. Tear-down takes about 30–45 minutes, and we ensure the area is left exactly as we found it.

  • What is included in your standard package pricing?

    Our pricing is all-inclusive and covers everything needed for a seamless, elevated bar experience. Every package includes:

    Full Espresso Setup: Our mobile bar, grinder, and professional-grade espresso machine.

    Complete Beverage Menu: Unlimited servings of hot and iced coffee drinks, our full matcha menu, and our specialized decaf options (like Italian sodas and hot chocolate).

    Flavors & Alternatives: Three choices of our house-made syrups (including your choice of a seasonal or custom flavor), plus oat milk.

    Professional Service: Dedicated, certified baristas for the full service duration.

    All Supplies: All necessary tools, high-quality disposable cups, lids, stirrers, and condiments.

    Logistics: Full setup and tear-down, handled entirely by our team.

  • Do you offer decaf options?

    Our standard service includes our full menu of Espresso and Matcha drinks.

    We are happy to provide an extensive range of popular non-caffeine choices as menu add-ons upon request, including:

    Water-Processed Decaf Espresso (for any espresso drink).

    Signature Hot Chocolate (loved by kids and adults).

    Italian Soda Bar (for a fun, customizable, and vibrant experience).

  • What is your service area?

    We are proudly based in Gatineau, but we love to travel! We regularly service events across Quebec and Eastern Ontario. A travel fee is applied to events outside of a 25km drive radius.

  • Can your bar be set up outdoors?

    Yes! Our bar is designed for both indoor and outdoor use. For outdoor events, we require a solid, level surface and protection from the elements (rain/strong sun), such as a tent or canopy.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. Please refer to your final contract for the specific terms regarding cancellation timelines and rescheduling options.

  • Why do you primarily use oat milk?

    We use oat milk as our standard base because it steams beautifully, has a creamy texture, and offers a neutral taste that complements the flavor of specialty coffee and matcha perfectly. We can also carry other alternative milks upon request to accommodate dietary needs.
