For this two-day back-to-school event in Ottawa, Café Apéro created two completely different mobile beverage experiences for teachers and students.

On the first day, we set up our mobile coffee bar inside the auditorium and served teachers throughout their welcome-back meeting with our classic espresso and matcha menu.

The following morning, we created a fully caffeine-free drink station for students as they arrived for class, featuring Italian sodas, chai lattes, and hot chocolate.

With two menus, two audiences, and two different setups, this was such a fun example of how our mobile coffee catering can be customized for school events, staff appreciation days, student activations, and back-to-school celebrations across Ottawa and Gatineau.
